Every client we see has limitless potential to develop his or her physical and mental approach through a conscience decision to do so. Our role at PCF is to show you how to unleash your potential and go beyond your perceived limits until you reach your goal.

We focus our training in the South West London area although depending on schedule can accommodate other areas. Training is available in your home, garden, local park/common or office with all equipment provided. From one2one to bootcamp style training it is my goal to find the perfect solution to my clients fitness needs.

I have always had a passion for sport and fitness. Growing up I was always active in some form of sport. From rugby to horse riding. I quickly learnt and understood the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. I have recently become a certified REP’s Level 3 personal trainer. My main objective is help and aid people in becoming the best they can be.

I utilise many different form of exercises and training to maintain a level of interest and excitement for people. I firmly believe that improving health and fitness should be a fun and enjoyable experience not something that deters you. My training sessions demonstrate a balanced approach to exercise; using a combination of resistance training, cardio and functional training. This method of training ensures that you shall reach your personal goals and enjoy a more healthy lifestyle.

Keeping fit and active has always been a fundamental part of my life, my passion for sport, particularly football, meant that a career as a personal trainer was an easy choice.

I have been in the industry for over 4 years now and my passion for it still continues to grow. I see every day as a chance to continue my learning, develop as a trainer, and experience something new. I work hard to ensure that I offer the best solutions for my clients to achieve success, not only to look and feel better but also to be fit, strong and mobile for everyday life, and beyond.

Changing long term habits and lifestyle choices is never easy. My role is to guide you to achieve goals beyond your perceived limits and help you find a love for training hard, and living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Sarah

Sarah started running over four years ago and her love of running soon evolved into more general fitness, such as boot camp, kettle bells and yoga. Having acquired the AIQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training Sarah has been fortunate to turn her passion for sport and fitness into a full time career.

Sarah’s particular love for canicross (running with your dog) began when she was given her first dog just over two years ago. Missy, an English Springer Spaniel, was (and still is!) full of energy so when Sarah started running with her she quickly found that canicross was a shared passion!

With her personal training qualifications, love for running and fitness and her personal drive to help people (and dogs!) get fitter, Sarah will help you reach your goals and introduce you to a new sport that is fun, social and is guaranteed to get you results!And if you dont have a dog dont worry she has lots of other fun workouts for you.

My career in personal training is based upon my passion for dance and movement. I use exercises designed to improve posture and core control that enhance performance and will facilitate everyday actions.
My qualifications enable me to support those needing sports–specific training as well as those who have been referred for exercise by a medical practitioner. Having experience in training for dance competitions, triathlons and a firm background in Tae Kwon-Do, I can help you target the right muscles and train the particular energy system needed to achieve your desired look or fitness goal.
As a patient, knowledgeable and person-focussed trainer, my sessions will be tailored to achieve your desired result while being engaging, progressive and enjoyable!

I first came to yoga 16 years ago, walking into Yoga Asana / Yoga Nidra classes quite by accident. while living abroad. The effect on me was astonishing both physically and mentally, the body brought to ease, the knots and tightness worked away and the mind rested and calmed so that the experience of each day was more enjoyable.

In my sessions, my aim is to offer people the means to rebalance their bodies and clean the lens of the mind through a personalized combination of powerful asanas (poses), breath awareness and techniques and if they want to try it – meditation. I come to this with personal experience of how society encourages us to ignore our inner voice, push through, work harder and I want to offer the means to break through to a state of one mindedness, balance and peace.

I am particularly interested in postural correction and alignment as it leads to better strength, performance and balance. It is also yoga’s message of empowerment, transformation and self-knowledge that has made the most impact on me and I enjoy encouraging others to thrive as I have learnt to do!
